Yin is the opposite of a workout. Poses are held gently for longer, with full support, so the body softens and the mind settles. Florentia guides the breath and a quiet meditation, and the session can close with a sound healing if you like.
It is wonderful for stress, stiffness and recovery, a reset after travel or a late night, and it suits every level, including complete beginners. If you are carrying an injury, the session is adapted safely around it.
Everything is provided, and Florentia comes to you. You simply lie back and let go.
