Yoga Retreats in Mykonos
& Beyond.
Four to seven days in one villa with eight to fifteen people who decided to look after themselves this year. Practice twice a day, massage, long breakfasts, free afternoons, and the particular ease of a small group that all chose the same thing. Next retreat: May 2027.

The practice, and the people.
Everyone books a retreat for the yoga. Almost nobody talks about it afterwards. What they talk about is the eight to fifteen other people who were there, people who look after themselves, who read on the terrace, who swim before breakfast and still stay up talking. That is rarer than it sounds, and it is half the reason to come.
So the days are built to let it happen. One villa, so mornings start in the same kitchen. Breakfast long enough that nobody leaves the table first. Afternoons genuinely free, so you can disappear to a cove alone or end up in a car with three others. Evenings that finish with bowls, and then dinner, and then the conversations you remember a year later.
Most people arrive without knowing a soul. By the second morning that has quietly stopped being true.
What's included.
Four to seven days, eight to fifteen people, one house. Everything below is part of the retreat, not an upsell, so once you arrive there is nothing left to arrange.
In every retreat
A Private Villa
The group takes over one house, with terraces to practise on and corners to disappear into. Your room is included, and you choose a shared room or one of your own.
Accommodation includedPractice, Twice A Day
A stronger morning flow, vinyasa, hatha or pilates depending on the group, and something slower as the light goes. Options in every pose, so all levels share the same room.
Yin & Sound Healing
Long-held yin, bolsters, and Tibetan and crystal singing bowls played over the group. The evening practice most people did not know they needed.
With singing bowlsMassage
A treatment with the professional therapists we work with, built into the programme rather than sold to you on arrival. See the full massage and spa menu.
IncludedBreakfast, Together
Breakfast is included every morning, eaten as a group after practice and never hurried. Lunches out and dinners in town happen constantly, and those the group decides on together.
Breakfast includedBreathwork & Meditation
Short guided sits, pranayama and a proper savasana. Not incense and mysticism, just the practical tools that make the rest of the year quieter.
A Photographer
On every retreat, not as an add-on. You go home with real images of yourself practising in a place like this, instead of a phone full of other people's sunsets.
Every retreatAfternoons Off
Genuinely free, and deliberately so. Swim, sleep, read, take the boat, see nothing. The empty hours are the part of a retreat that does the actual work.
8 To 15 People
Big enough for real company and a proper table in the evening. Small enough for hands-on adjustments, answered questions, and nobody being anonymous.
The rhythm of a day
Early
Tea on the terrace with whoever is already up, then the strong practice while the island is still cool and completely silent.
Late Morning
Breakfast together, long and unhurried, and then the afternoon is yours. Sea, shade, sleep, a massage, or nothing at all.
Golden Hour
Yin, restorative or a guided meditation as the heat drops, usually finishing with bowls and a savasana nobody wants to leave.
Evening
Everyone eats together, in the villa or somewhere the group picks. Wine if you want it, conversations that run long, and an extremely good night's sleep.

Mykonos, and elsewhere.
Mykonos is home. Seven years of teaching here means knowing which terrace holds the light at seven in the morning, which cove is empty in August, and which houses are quiet enough to actually hear a singing bowl. Most retreats are held on the island, in a private villa the group has entirely to itself.
Rooms are yours to choose: share with a friend, share with someone you are about to become friends with, or take a room of your own. Either way you are in the same house, which is what makes the mornings and the evenings what they are.
Some retreats are held elsewhere, and where is announced along with the dates. The format never changes: one teacher, a small group, one house, and days with air in them.
Who you'll be with.
The hardest part of booking a retreat alone is not the yoga. It is wondering who else will be in the house. So, honestly:
Mostly On Their Own
Most people book without a partner or a friend, which means nobody is walking into someone else's group. You are all in the same position on the first evening.
Predominantly Women
The group skews strongly female, and some retreats are women-only. Whichever it is, it is stated clearly when the dates go out, so you always know what you are joining.
People Who Take Care Of Themselves
Different ages, countries and jobs, one thing in common: they protect their time and their health, and they came to spend a few days with people who do the same.
Nobody Performing
No pressure to be social, no pressure to be flexible, no pressure to share anything at breakfast. Join in as much as you feel like. Most people end up joining in entirely.
Be first to know when dates open.
The next retreat is May 2027. The exact dates, the location, the villa and the full programme are announced together, and this list gets them before anything is published or posted. With 8 to 15 places, that matters more than it sounds.

Seven years on the island, a practice followed by 300,000 people, and a house of eight to fifteen people who are strangers on Monday and not by Tuesday. This is what a retreat should feel like.

The person you'll spend the week with.
On a retreat you do not get a rota of instructors. You get Florentia, every practice, all week, and at the table afterwards. Seven years teaching on Mykonos, private sessions on terraces and beaches all over the island, and a practice that around 300,000 people follow, without a single class that felt like a production line.
Her teaching is precise but unserious: proper alignment, hands-on adjustments, real modifications for real bodies, and enough humour that nobody feels watched. Beginners are looked after first. Everything is taught in English.

Mornings like these.
Moments from sessions and mornings in Mykonos, the practice, the light and the long tables that a retreat is built from.

Private retreats, built around you.
If you already have the people, you only need the days. We already run private retreats for groups who travel together, a circle of friends, a family, a studio, a wedding party or a company, on your dates and roughly wherever you like. The villa, the practice, the massages and the rhythm of the days are designed with you. Share your dates, numbers and the idea, and you will hear back within 24 hours.
