Produced events are typically €80 to €100 per person, tailored to what they involve. Corporate off-sites are fully bespoke, usually from €800, depending on group size, format and add-ons like brunch, photo and branded setup. Send a request and you will receive a clear proposal.
Yes. Photo and video can be built in, which works beautifully for internal communications, LinkedIn and brand social. For anything involving a brand or partner, we shape the content and format together so it serves your goals.
From small teams to large groups. Beyond 20 we create a bespoke arrangement, so just share your numbers and we will design the right format and quote.
Florentia comes to your villa, hotel or venue anywhere in Mykonos with no travel fee, and everything for the session is provided, including premium mats and props for every guest. Brunch, photo, video and branded setup are added to taste.
Four to twelve weeks is ideal for a corporate off-site or a produced event, so dates, suppliers and content can be arranged well. Shorter timelines are often possible, so do ask.
These are arranged directly with us by proposal and invoice, with deposit terms for larger bookings. As special events they follow our events and B2B cancellation terms, with full details shared in your proposal.
